Dear Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I used to work with Letha at OCF. I live in Southern Ohio now and had no one to take me to Letha's Wake. I am awaiting knee surgery and currently cannot drive. I wish I could have been there to pay my respects....Everyone that knew and loved Letha knows her family and the Lord were her heart and life. I didnt work closely with Letha for long.....only 8 years, but it didnt take long to see she was Special....a True Blue Lady. For those who deeply mourn her, KNOW that Letha will be waiting by The Pearly Gates for all her loved ones when its their time to be called home. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless this family. In friendship, Kelly Miller Hayes

We extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Mrs Letha Mae Towns-Walton on her transition from this life to the world to come. Letha was a friend and a classmate. She was a 1971 graduate of East Side High School in Cleveland MS. She was loved and respected by all of her classmates. When Letha was around she always noticeable because of her presence and her voice. She will be missed but we can take comfort in knowing that its alright to die when we die in the Lord. To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever, Amen
