Thomasina Marie Watkins Pruitt "Sina"

Mrs. Thomasina Marie Watkins Pruitt “Sina”, passed away at the age 45 on Sunday, March 5, 2023. She was born on June 2, 1977 in Lima, Ohio to the parents of Thomas R. Watkins Sr. of Lima, OH and Cheryl M. Kirkman of Ocala, FL. Both parents survive.

On May 2, 2015 Sina married her lifelong friend Michael Jarmal Pruitt. He survives in Lima, OH

Sina grew up in Lima, Ohio and was a graduate of Lima Senior High School class of 96’. She was a very strong-willed person who loved and supported her family and friends in any way she could. To know her was to love to her. Sina loved to cook for her family and friends. She always went out of her way to help others and she was a very hard worker. She dedicated 8 years of service to Ford Motor Company where she served as a member of the U.A.W Local #1219. She was also part business owner of Affordable Residential & Commercial LLC with her husband.

Her legacy lives on in those who loved her most. Sina did what she was called to do and gave her best. Now, it’s time for her to rest. Go in peace Sina, you’ve earned your sleep. Gone too soon but you’ll never be forgotten. We will always love you.

Besides her loving parents and a devoted husband, Sina is survived by and leaves a legacy of love to: 3 sons: MarQuaveos Jarmal Watkins, Damion D. Watkins both of Lebanon, OH and Denver J Smart of Lima, OH; 2 grandchildren: Milayisha Watkins and Elijah Smart both of Lima, OH; 5 brothers: Clifford (Marrissa) Watson of Findlay, OH, Mike Watson of Lima, OH, Andrew "Main" (Cheranda) Watson of Findlay, OH, Thomas (Drenessa) Watkins and Josh Watkins both of Lima, OH; 7 sisters: Linda (Kenneth) Jones of Findlay, OH, Dorothea Watson of Lima, OH, Berneitta (Shawn) Payne-Miller of Ft. Mitchell, AL, Denise (Marvel Sr.) Sanders of Lima, OH, Naomi Brennaman, Amber Watkins both of Ocala, FL and Amy (Matt) Watkins of Vaughnsville, OH along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
