Clara Mae Russell "Pat"

Ms. Clara Mae Russell “Pat”, age 70, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She was born on May 13, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to Archie Brown and Sadie L. (Boss) Brown. Both parents preceded her in death.   

Pat was known for her laugh and infectious demeanor. She always went out of her way to help anyone in need. Pat was a woman of few words but also steadfast in her beliefs and opinions. She was infamous in throwing her hand in the air when she didn’t want to hear what you had to say. She was an avid card player and loved playing with her favorite partner, her mother Sadie Brown. When they played cards, they weren’t shy about twisting the odds in their favor. Pat was a hardworking, humble and one-of-a-kind woman who will be dearly missed

Pat leaves to cherish her precious memory her only daughter whom she loved dearly, Cheral L. (Reece) Russell Beard of Lima, OH; a brother, Archie K. Brown of Chicago, IL; 2 sisters, Ethel M. (A.C.) Flowers of Chicago, IL and Helen M. McRae of Orlando, FL; 2 granddaughters, K’Lis D. Russell and Iyisha Russell both of Lima, OH; great-grandchild, Tremain Russell of Lima, OH; lifetime partner, Floyd Russell along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Frank Smith and a sister, Diana Lloyd.
