Mr. Willie "Main" Jackson, Jr., age 83, passed from this life on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at approximately 5:25 a.m. at The Orchards of Lima Nursing Home.

He was born on July 13, 1931 in Russell County, Alabama to the union of Willie and Marie Brown Jackson, Sr.  Both parents preceded him in death.

He formerly worked at General Motors Corporation and Retired from the United States Army.  He accepted Christ in 1967 at Antioch Baptist Church in Barbour County, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter; Vivian Ann Jackson of Lima.  One sister; Essia Cotton (Charles) of Lima.  10 grandchildren,  29 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter;  Delores Y. Jackson, a grandson;  Ricardo Jackson. 2 great grandchildren;  Linda Jackson and Marissa Jackson.  3 brothers; C. J. Jackson, Megg Jackson and Andrew Jackson.  2 sisters:  Margaret Jackson and Sally B. Matthews.

Home going services will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. C. M. Manley, officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.
