Mrs. Tommie Ann Hobbs, age 74, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 29, 2013 at approximately 4:02 a.m. at Lima Memorial Health Systems.

She was born on August 29, 1939 in Franklin, Tennessee to the union of Tom and Anna Belle Reynolds Johnson; both parents preceded her in death.

On June 22, 1957 she married Robert Morris and they were parents to four children, he survives in Lima, she then married Edward Hobbs, Sr. on October 10, 1989 who also survives in Lima.

She was retired from Lima Memorial Hospital as a Dietary Supervision after over 30 years of services.  She was a member of Eleventh Street Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Nurse's Aide.

Besides her loving husband Edward, she leaves to cherish her precious memory a son:  Edward Hobbs, Jr. of Tulsa, OK.  Five daughters:  Lasondra K. Morris-Dillingham (Wilbur) of Lima.  Carol Smith of Phoenix, AZ, Robin Morris of Columbus, OH, Treasa Morris of Indianapolis, IN and Lisa Smith (Ray) of Jacksonville, FL.   15 grandchildren; Laquita Morris, Robert "Orlandis" Morris, Johnnie Smith, Trina Morris, Jeremy Morris, Terrell Smith, Keneisha Guice, Latayia Morris, Ashley Morris, Jasmine Morris, Kenna Morris, Mikyah Hobbs, Jade Smith, Lanise Smith and Ray Smith, Jr., and 13 great grandchildren.  3 sisters-in-law; Lucille Jordan (John), Cathy McDonald, Jerrie Lynn Williams.  7 brothers-in-law; Vargie Hobbs (Mary), Chester Hobbs, Jerry Horace, Vernon Horace, Terry Horace, Sheldon Horace and Jimmy Horace.  Two nieces, Gloria Faye Cloud and Wilma "Jeannie" Woolfolk and a nephew:  Donald Ray Douglas.  A special friend:  Yvonne Jackson.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers:  John Douglas and Albert J. Douglas. 2 brothers-in-law:  Ellis Hobbs and Spencer Horace.
