Tim is survived by his sons, Timothy Allen Carter Jr. of Lima, OH, and Andrew C. Johnson (Brittany) also of Lima, OH; his daughter, Alexandria E. Carter of Columbus, OH; and his many beloved grandchildren: Azekiel Johnson, Azyon Carter, Droe Johnson, and Ayla Johnson. His siblings, William E. Slaise, David D. Slaise, Rahim A. Slaise, Shelle Ann Batty (Lloyd), and Madinah D. Slaise, also carry forward his legacy.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Allen Carter; his mother, Elizabeth Nixon Slaise; and his brother, Maurice Luckett. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
