Mr. Thomas Cordell Johnson, Sr.,  age 55, passed from this life on Friday, January 31, 2025 at approximately 12:30 at his residence in Lima.

He was born on November 9, 1969 in Lima, Ohio to Mary Alice Thompson. His mother Mary A. Thompson-Dunse survives in Celina, OH.

In 2005 he was united in holy matrimony to Tammy Jo Shaner, she survives in Lima.

Mr. Johnson worked as a Supervisor at Time Warner Cable Company.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army and loved to be around his family.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory  4 sons; Thomas C. Johnson, Jr., Damien Simpson (Cassandra), Jason Mays and Tezion Johnson all of Lima.  A daughter; Jazmyn L. Thomas of Lima.  17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.  A brother; Gwoan Johnson (Carol) of Cloverdale, OH and a sister; Audra Johnson of Celina.   A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a brother; Alton Johnson.
