Thomas Lee Jacobs, age 74, passed from this life on Friday, March 7, 2025 at approximately 3:46 a.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

He was born on March 17, 1950  in Lima, Ohio, to Jimmie and Johnnie Mae (Upshaw)  Jacobs, Sr., both parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Jacobs was first married to Joanna Jacobs.  He later married Rose Jacobs who preceded him in death.

Mr. Jacobs retired from Dayton Progress Tool Company.  He was a member of Second Baptist Church where he served as Vice President of the Usher Board.  He was also responsible for the sound system at the Church.

Mr. Jacobs  leaves to cherish his precious memory a daughter; Stephanie D. Ziegler (Jason) of Raleigh, N.C. A  granddaughter; Elliana Ziegler.  A brother; William James Jacobs of Lima and 2 sisters; Georgia A. Seay and Caroline Ford (J.C.) both of Lima.  A special friend; Rosie Mack.  A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Clifford Jacobs and Jimmie Jacobs, Jr.  A brother-in-law; King D. Seay.

Home Going Services will be held Friday, March 14, 2025   at 12:00 p.m. at Second Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Dennis Ward, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025   at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church.
