Teresa Ann Jackson, age 63, passed from this life on Monday, August 10, 2015 at approximately 12:29 p.m. at her residence in Lima.

She was born on July 20, 1952 in Piqua, Ohio to the union of Megg and Anna Mary Matthews Jackson.    Her father is deceased and her mother Anna M. Carroll survives in Dallas, Texas.

She loved being around her family and enjoying life.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory, 2 sons;  Jermaine A. Carroll of Piqua, Ohio and Travis Worthy of Lima.  3 daughters; Sheryl D. Early and Anna Mishelle Carroll both of Dallas, TX.  Samantha K. Butterfield (Joshua) of Cridersville, Ohio. Six grandchildren.  Other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by a son; Donald Wesley Steiner.

Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
