Mr. Steven Bradley Evans, Sr., age 52, passed from this life on Friday, April 23, 2021 at approximately 9:05 p.m. in Lima, Ohio.

He was born on April 18, 1969 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Otis C. and Marilyn K. (Phillips) Evans, Sr., both parents preceded him in death and his niece; Kea Evette Armstead (daughter of Richard Lee Evans)

Mr. Evans worked as a Truck Driver for Continental Express.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 sons; Steven B. Evans, Jr. (Patience) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Khira Smith Williams of Lima.  A daughter; Tequetta Morgan of Lima.  6 brothers; James Evans of Seale, Alabama, Richard Lee Evans, Bishop Evans, Otis Evans, Jr., Javin Durr all of Lima and Keith Evans of Cleveland, Ohio.  7 sisters; Carolyn Evans Anderson, Dolores Jointer Averette, Kathleen Evans and Margie Shine Foster all of Lima; Diane Evans-Richardson (Perdell) of Cleveland, Ohio, Jacklyn Evans-Hill (Phillip) of Columbus, Ohio and Marlyne Kay Evans-Marshall (Nelson) of Atlanta, Georgia.   His fiancé; Tara Smith and his future in-laws; Alice and Eugene Jackson of Lima.  Uncle; Richard Gooden (Deborah) of Lima and Aunt; Diane Robinson of Mesa, Arizona.   A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Home Going Services will be held Monday, May 3, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Grace Church Worldwide Ministries with Dr. H. Frank Taylor, III, officiating of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church of Lima.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church.

Interment:  Woodlawn Cemetery
