Shameka Roshawn Bradfield, age 42, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born in Lima, Ohio on September 21, 1982, to Charles Bradfield who survives in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Yvette Marie Hines who survives in Lima, Ohio.
Shameka was a homemaker. She loved praising and worshipping God and Listening to gospel music. Shameka loved fashion and her family. She was truly a people person.
She leaves to cherish her memory, 2 boys: Travis T. Glenn, Jr. and Elijah Jefferson, both of Lima, Ohio. 3 girls: Natashia F. Mendez (Skyler) Mosely; Latashia A. Glenn; and Gabriella R. Jefferson; all of Lima, Ohio. 2 sisters: Shantae Bradfield and Lakisha Hines, both of Lima, Ohio. 1 grandchild: Zayden T. Mendez Mosely. Grandmother: Minister Helen Scott and Grandfather: William (Elizabeth) Brown, Jr. A host of special aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Shameka is preceded in death by 1 son: Emmanuel Jefferson. Great grandparents: Trevie L. Sims; George H. Sims; William Brown, Sr.; and Annie Brown. A cousin: Anthony Brown.
Home Going Services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Stephanie Cunningham officiating.
Visitation/Wake services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service also at the church.
