Mr. Scott Jerome Moore, age 50, passed from this life on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at approximately 5:49 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center.

He was born on April 20, 1971 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Adrian Leon Moore and Catherine Russell.  His father survives in Lima and his mother preceded him in death.

On June 19, 2011 he was united in holy matrimony to Lisa Nicole Ramsey who survives in Lima.

Scott worked at Fed Ex as a forklift Driver.  He was a member of Philippian Missionary Baptist Church.  He was part of a group called Special Request and XL.  He was a Disc Jockey on 93.9 KISS known as DJ Scotty "O".  He was a 1990 graduate of Lima Senior High School.

Besides his loving wife Lisa, he leaves to cherish his precious memory 4 sons; Taidje Richenson, Eric Banks, Sydny Moore, Savyon Moore.  A step-son; T'Rajea Ramsey of Lima.4 daughters; QuaShaun Ramsey, Lyric Moore, Maya Moore and Harmony Ellis. A step-daughter; ShyQuaya Ramsey of Lima. 2 grandchildren; Izaiah Ramsey and Ejuan Ramsey . 3 step-grandchildren; Azariah Pinn, Kyrien Simpson and Kamryn Simpson. A brother; Kevin Moore (Salicia) of Lima.  A step-brother; Jason Warner of Bellefontaine, OH.  2 sisters; Adrianne Moore of St. Petersburg, FL and LeCretia  Moore Jones (Steve) of St. Louis, MO.  His in-laws;  Frederick and Frances Ramsey, Sr.   His step-father; Cornell Cole. A brother-in-law; Frederick Ramsey, Jr. A host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter; Peyton Moore and a brother; Damon Russell.

Home going services will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at The Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Shawn Russell, officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Funeral Home, Inc.
