Samuel Lee Howard , age 85, passed from this life on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 9:39 p.m. at Lima Memorial Hospital.  He was born on November 8, 1937 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Innis Howard and Juliett Blackmore.  Both parents preceded him in death.

He married Judy Williams on November 19, 1956, she preceded him in death.

He was a welder with A.O. Smith co. for over 30 years. He was a U.S. ARMY veteran and a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by 1 Son:  Edward Robinson of Milwaukee, WI; 6 Daughters: Vickie Cannon of Columbus, Ohio, Mable (Eddie) White and Felicia Smith both of Lima, OH,  Sandra Howard, Lawanda Howard and Irene Howard all of Milwaukee, WI;  1 Brother: Robert Howard of Michigan; Many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.  Also a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles and many of friends.

He is preceded in death by 2 Sons, Michael Howard and Innis Howard; 1 Daughter, Celestine Howard and a brother and sister.
