Ms. Rose Rita Luckett, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at approximately 3:10 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

She was born on March 24, 1950 in Springfield, Ohio to the union of James O. and Lillie B. Owens Luckett, both parents preceded her in death.

Ms. Luckett retired from General Motors Corporation.  She was a member of Philippian Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the Nurses Guild.  She was a member of U.A.W. Local 211.  She volunteered at the Cheryl Allen Center and the Red Cross.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory; a daughter; Denise R. Black (James L.) of Silver Springs, Maryland.  Two grandchildren; Ashleigh R. Musgrove of Silver Springs, MD and Maurio A. Mushgrove , II of Lima,  2 brothers:  James O. Luckett (Doris) of Dallas, TX and Patrick Luckett of Springfield, OH.  3 sisters:  Ann Cherry (Robert) of Springfield, OH, Patricia Fuqua (Earl) of Lima and Joyce Ridley of California. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Lillie M. White.
