Ronnie E.  Ward, age 59, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at approximately 6:45 a.m. at Lost Creek Care Center in Lima.

He was born on May 21, 1956 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Elza M. and Frances M. Durr Ward, Sr., both parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Ward was a veteran of the United States Army.  He had previously been employed by  Milcor and Wilson Sports.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory a longtime companion; Anita M. Ester.  A daughter; Nadine Ward of Germany.  6 grandchildren.  4 brothers; James Gunn and Rick A Ward both of Lima.  Elza M. Ward, Jr. (Gwendolyn) of Inkster-Ypsilanti, MI.  Tommie Claiborne of Hagerstown, MD.   A sister; Glenda F. Ward of Lima.  A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Mae H. Ward and Brenda L. Walton.  A brother;  Robert L. Gunn.

Services will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation/Wake services will be held at 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
