Mr. Ronald Steven  "Lighty"  Dillingham, Jr., age 48, passed from this life on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at approximately 7:30  a.m. at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, OH.

He was born on August 15, 1976  in Lima, Ohio to Ronald Steven Dillingham, Sr. and Shirley Pinn, both his parents preceded him in death.

Lighty believed in God and had accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He played football and basketball in his younger years and enjoy the competition with his friends. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved playing spades,  listening to music, and talking smack to everyone he came across. He loved joking with his nieces, nephews and little cousins as well as making up nicknames for his friends. He enjoyed participating in all things West Side, which was his extended family and he loved them for life. Lighty could be generous and kind, he was respectful of his elders, and didn't mind helping them with whatever was needed. he was funny and witty, and a great jokester, he will be truly missed.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 sons: Steven Gunn of Lima and Lyzaya Dillingham-Berg of Leipsic.  A special son: Messiah Stackhouse of Lima.  3 grandchildren.  7 sisters; Terria Dillingham, Taufikie Dillingham (Jemale), Jamekia Sorrels, Krishana White, Lovie Dillingham, Taurisse White and Damika Walker all of Lima.  A Special Friend; Kassidy Foley and a special Aunt: Martha Pinn. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Pastor Julius Laws, officiating.

Visitation/wake will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. until of services also at the funeral home.
