Rodney Phillip Bowman, Sr., age 59, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2017 at approximately 10:43 a.m. at Kindred Hospital in Lima.

He was born July 23, 1958 i Baltimore, MD to the union of Ray and Leathia Mae (Miller) Bowman, both parents preceded him in death.  He was united in holy matrimony to Linda (Ridgell) Bowman, she survives in Lima.  He was a member of Lima Baptist Temple.  Besides his loving wife LInda, he leaves to cherish his precious memory; Rodney Bowman, Jr., Ray Bowman and Timothy Roberts all of Baltimore, MD.  A daughter; Angelica Roberts (Haley) of Baltimore, MD.  8 grandchildren.  2 brothers; Timothy Bowan and Thomas Bowman (Beverly).  3 sisters; Darlene Hooper (Kenney), Sandra Bowman and Vicky Bowman.

Homegoing services will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Lima Baptist Temple, with Rev. Gary Hohman officiating.
