Mr. Robert Lee Howton age 63, passed from this life surrounded by family and loved ones on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at St. Rita's Medical Center here in Lima.

Born May 15, 1954 in Harlan, Kentucky to Richard Sanks and Mildred Howton.  He is preceded in death by his Mom Mildred Howton Ward and Stepfather Jimmie Ward as well as his Father.

He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of Second Baptist Church.

He is survived by 2 sons:  Sean Howton (Shelby) and Robert Carter.  2 Daughters:  Malonda Johnson (Corey) and Jasmine Johnson.  3 Sisters:  Wilma Howton, Betty Howton and Beverly Sanks.  3 Brothers:  Michael Ward, Brian Ward and Rev. Dennis Ward (LaVonne).  Special friends:  Bob Black, Greg Darby, Vivian Jackson, Rashad Luster and Robert Tobias.  Several Nieces, Nephews other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, May 2 , 2018 at 5:00 pm at  Second Baptist Church with his brother Rev. Dennis Ward officiating.
