Mr. Robert Stevenson Haywood, Sr., age 62, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at approximately 7:36 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

He was born on November 9, 1954 in Goodman, Mississippi to the union of Robert Lee and Mary Catherine (Ward) Haywood, Sr.; both parents preceded him in death.

He was married to Nadine Crull Haywood, she survives in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory a son; Demetrius A. Haywood of Lima.  3 daughters; Patricia L. Haywood, Desiree Haywood and Shalanda Haywood all of Indianapolis, IN.  6 grandchildren.   4 brothers; Donald Lee Haywood (Amanda) of Lima, Aaron Haywood of Atlanta, GA.  Taki Haywood (Samantha) of Kosciusko, MS., Chaki Haywood (Katrina) Sallis MS. and Demetrece Haywood of Lexington, KY.    4 sisters; Janice K. Haywood of Lima, Sheila Haywood –Dunn  of Riverside, CA, Sharon D. Dunn of Apple Valley, CA and Chemetris Haywood of Smyrna, GA.

He was preceded in death by a son; Robert S. Haywood, Jr.  4 brothers; Jonathan Haywood, James Haywood, Napoleon Haywood and Frank Haywood.

Home going services will be held Monday, October 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Austin Lewis, Jr., officiating.

Visitation/wake services will be held at 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Monday, October 30, 2017 at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.

Interment  -  Woodlawn Cemetery
