Mr. Raymond Lewis Wheeler, age 67, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at approximately 11:34 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health Systems. He was born on January 20, 1954 in Irwinton, Georgia to Walter Wheeler and Willene Owens; he parents preceded him in death.  He was a Veteran of the United States Navy.  Services will be held at  the convenience of the family.  Arrangements by  Jones-Clark Funeral Home,  Inc.
