Mr. Raymond Lloyd Collins, Jr., age 59, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at approximately 9:15 p.m. at Ohio State Medical Center in  Columbus, OH.

He was born on September 7, 1960 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Raymond L. and Elizabeth (Johnson)  Collins, Sr.  His father is deceased and his mother survives in Lima.

Besides his loving mother, Elizabeth; he leaves to cherish his precious 4 sons; Johnny Cooper of Detroit, MI.  Daniel Collins (Angie) of Toledo, OH, Ronnie Monroe of Newport, News, VA and Teon Jackson of Lima.  2 daughters; Kandrea (David) Collins-Batts and Shalandra Collins both of Atlanta, TX. 14 grandchildren. 2 brothers; Frederick R. Collins of Lima.  Troy D. Collins of Columbus, OH.  7  sisters; Glenda M. Shelby of California.  Jacqueline E. Payne of Ottawa, OH.  Marilyn L. Cowan, Sandra D. Collins both of Lima.  Gail F. Baugh, Pamela S. White and Kimberly D. Collins all of Columbus, OH.   A host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Private Services will be held with Elder Ronald Fails, officiating.
