Phyllis Ann Ward, age 58, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at approximately 11:00 a.m. at her residence in Lima.

She was born on November 5, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio to William Wright and Katherine Ann Millerton.  Her mother is deceased and her father survives in Dayton, Ohio.

She formerly worked for the Dayton Board of Education. She received her Associates Degree in Business from Phoenix University.  She was a member of In Faith Ministries where was a Sunday School Teacher and a member of the Choir.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory two sons:  Dion Lewis (Rachel) of Lima and Donnell Lewis (Keishanna) of Dayton Ohio.  Two daughters:  Destiny Ward and Holly Ward of Dayton, Ohio.  A brother; Bruce Millerton of Dayton, Ohio.  Two sisters:  Nundis Wright (Marc Burton) and Teresa Millerton both of Dayton, Ohio.  15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.   A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother:  Anthony Millerton.

Services will be held at IN Faith Ministries on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.   Pastor Michael Lyons will be officiating.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until time of services where the family will be present at 12:00 noon at the Church.   Interment will be at Jefferson View Cemetery in Dayton on Friday, January 3, 2013 at noon.
