Mr. Pete House, age 102, passed from this life on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at approximately 8:30 a.m. Lima Convalescent Home in Lima, Ohio.

He was born on October 10, 1922  in Mobile, Alabama to Alec House and Queen Elizabeth House, both parents preceded him in death.

Mr. House retired from Vistron and he was a member of Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory 7 sons; Pete House, Jr. (Doreatha) of Baltimore, MD, Sylvester House, Luietenant House and Matthew House (Diane) all of California, Bobby House of Mississippi, Tim House and Bobby House (Raejean) both of Lima. 3 daughters; Catherine Johnson (Otis) of Mississippi, Betty Henry and Shirley House both of Lima.  65 grandchildren, 110 great-grandchildren and 49 great-great-grandchildren.  A host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a son; Larry House.  5 brothers; Joe House, Charlie House, Eugene House, Willie House and Archie House.  3 sisters; Beauty Carpenter, Geneva Harris and bertha Lee Mayo.

Home Going Services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2025   at 12:00 p.m. at Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Madison, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025   at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church.
