Paul Vernon Brown Obituary

Paul Vernon Brown, age 89, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio.  He was born on January 29, 1935, in Elliott County, Kentucky to William and Eliza (Crisp) Brown.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Goldie Jewell (Wilson) Brown.

Paul was a retired forklift driver.  He was a veteran, serving in the Army Reserve.  Paul enjoyed watching Western movies and collectible model cars. He was a dog rescuer.

He leaves to cherish his memory:  2 daughters:  MaLisa Poole and Brenda Sherman, both of Richland County, OH.  A stepdaughter:  Sandra Funderburg of Lima, OH.  Several grandchildren.  A host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

Paul is preceded in death by a son:  Dwayne Brown and a granddaughter:  Jessica Brown.  4 sisters:  Oma Markwell, Julie Carpenter, and Amanda Williams.  4 brothers:  Oliver Brown, Homer Brown, Elbert Brown, and Charles Brown.
