Patrick T. Smith , age 36, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022 at his residence.

He was born July 10, 1986 in Lima, OH to Tim and Carolyn (Smith) Green.

Patrick enjoyed all sports and he was a fan of OSU. He also enjoyed spending time with his sons and his family.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 beloved sons, Kwalie Smith and Kyler Smith; Love of his life, Whitney Hairston; Mother, Carolyn Green; Father Tim Green Sr.; Brothers and Sisters, Cathelina Monroe, Roma Smith, Dametris Smith, Tim Green Jr., Tomi Green and Kayla Green.
