Mrs. Patricia Ann Wright, age 83, passed from this life on Monday, July 14, 2025, at approximately 10:55 p.m.  at Lima Convalescent Home Lima, Ohio.

She was born on August 13, 1941  in Lima Ohio to Harry Hisle and Florence Lester-Shurelds.  Both parents preceded her in death.

On June 24, 1960 she was united in holy matrimony to Mr. John Eugene Wright, Sr.  who preceded her in death on August 15, 2010.

Mrs. Wright was a Homemaker and was a faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she retired as the Church Treasurer.  She was the former Canteen Manager at the V.F. W. Post 1911 and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Post 1911.  She will be mostly remembered as a Beloved wife, mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Wright leaves to cherish her precious memory 5 sons; Rev. John E. Wright, Jr. (Tuneka) of Findlay, OH, Stephen L. Wright (Renatta) and Marc E. (Vickie) Wright both of Lima.  Timothy W. Wright (Tammie) of Dayton, OH and Michael D. Wright (Debra) of Columbus, OH.  A stepdaughter; Denise L. Evans of Troy, Ohio.  19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  2 brothers; Thomas Randall, Jr.  and Chester Shurelds, Jr. (Ethel) both of Lima.  2 sisters; Lois Ware and Cheryl Ward both of Lima. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son; Kevin D. Wright and 2 sisters; Diana Richard and Priscilla Williams. 2 brothers-in-law; Gregory Ward and Joe Ware. A son-in-law; Johnny Evans.

Home Going Services will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2025  at 12:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church with Pastor Cleven Jones, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025  at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church.

Interment:  Woodlawn Cemetery in Lima.
