Mrs. Nakeysha Hampshire-Johnson, age 37, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 14, 2016 at approximately 5:13 a.m. at Lima Memorial Health Systems.

She was born on November 20, 1978 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Lindberg and Mamie Ruth Rouson Hampshire, Sr. who survive in Lima.

On July 5, 2013 she was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Albert Johnson who survives in Lima.

Nakeysha was a 1997 Shawnee High School Graduate and a member of the band.   She also attended Apollo Career Center where she obtained her cosmetology license.  She received a practical nursing degree in 1999 from Rhodes State College.  She was a 2013 graduate of Ohio State University and in 2015 she received her Master's Degree from Franklin University.  She worked as a nurse at the Claremont Retirement Village in Columbus, Ohio.

Besides her loving husband Albert, she leaves to cherish her precious memory a son;  Tyrese Hampshire and a daughter; Tatyana Hampshire both of Lima.  A brother; Lindberg Hampshire, Jr. (Tokia) of Dayton and 2 sisters;  Patricia Hampshire and Christina Hampshire both of Lima.  Maternal grandmother; Gertie Rouson of Florence, Mississippi and paternal grandmother; Lillie M. Hampshire of Pritchett, Alabama.  A mother-in-law; Felicia Aidoo of Ghanna.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather; Willie Rouson and Paternal grandfather; Ben Hampshire, Jr.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016  from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.
