Mrs. Lois Rae Poole, age 55, passed from this life on August 4, 2014 at Lima Memorial Health Systems.

She was born on February 24, 1959 to the union of Philip C. and Frances Elaine Buckallew Shellenbarger.  Her father is deceased and her mother survives in Findlay, Ohio.

On April 23, 2003 she was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Willie Roy Poole who preceded her in death on December 20, 2012.

Mrs. Poole worked as a Nurses Aide.  She was a 1977 Graduate of Cory Rawson High School and a Life member of DAV Women's Auxiliary.  She loved to go to the Cheryl Allen Center and Loved her dog Poco.

Besides her loving mother, she leaves to cherish her precious memory,  3 daughters; Brynne Shellenbarger, Zelma Shellenbarger and Edie Poole all of Lima.  3 step-daughters:  Princess Dixon of Washington, DC, Queenie Poole of Toledo, OH and Denshia Simpson Pool of Fostoria, OH.  18 grandchildren.   3 brothers:  David Shellenbarger and  Claude Betts both of Findlay, Ohio. James Betts of Tampa, FL.  3 sisters:  Lavon K. Crossman of Tennesee, Laura M. Anderson of Fredericksburg, VA and Louann F. Hemminger of Bardstown, Ohio.  A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
