Ms. Linda Ann (Nance) Gunn, age 77, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at approximately 7:16  p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH.

She was born on February 23, 1948   in Florence, Alabama  to Bernice Reeder Armstrong and Alcean Simpson.   Both her parents preceded her in death.

Ms. Gunn retired from INEOS formerly known as BP where she was gainfully employed from over 38 years.  She was a member of Crossroads First Church of God.  She was a Devout Christian and she loved the Lord very much.  She loved her children, grandchildren, family and always tried to help them, especially financiallyShe enjoyed gardening, cooking, crossword puzzles and fishing.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory a son; Terence D. Powell of Ft. Wayne, IN.  A daughter; LaReis V. Liles of Florence, AL.  8 grandchildren; ShaQuonna, Terrion, Nehemiah, Henry "Freddie", Nathaniel, Emmanuel, Israel and Madison.  5 sisters; Pamela M. Parks of Van Wert, OH; Dorothy J. Totty of Lima, OH, Bernita J. Nance-Smith of Van Wert, OH,  Sharon (Richard) Busbee and Dementria (Dave) Liner both of Florence, AL.  2 brothers; Roderick (Sharon) Shepherd of Florence, AL and Randolph( Geraldine) of Ypsilanti Michigan. A special friend and helper; Todd Gibson of Lima.  A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by A brother; William R. Nance and a brother-in-law; Donald Parks.

Home Going Services will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025  at 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025  at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the funeral home.
