Mrs. Linda Ann Lacefield, age 56, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at approximately 1:07 a.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

She was born on April 19, 1961 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Joe and Flora Mae (Stevens) Ellis; both parents preceded her in death.

In April of 2012 she was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Stanley Lacefield who survives in Lima.

Mrs. Lacefield was a Homemaker and a member of Elm Street Church of the Brethren.

Besides her loving husband Stanley she leaves to cherish her precious memory 2 sons; Joseph Ellis (Stephanie) of Killen, TX and Michael Ellis of Lima.  4 daughters; Londa Ellis (David), Quetilla Spence and Cylinna Wright all of Lima.  Shatriece Young (Lord`el) of Smyrna, GA.  16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  A brother; Henry L. Ellis (Tina M.) of Lima.  A sister; Yushanna Wright of Lima.  A nephew she raised; Jameel Ellis (Katherine) of Lima.

She was also preceded in death by; a daughter; Lynn Y. Estelle and a brother; Frankie L. Ellis.

Services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Elm Street Church of the Brethren with Pastor Doug Price, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church.
