Mrs. Linda Ann Jenkins, age  57, passed from this life on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at approximately 3:34 p.m.  at Lima Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

She was born on May 11, 1961 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Van and Mayme E. (Bennett) Fleming; both parents preceded her in death.

On August 21, 2010 she was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Charles E. Jenkins, Sr. who survives in Lima, Ohio.

Mrs. Jenkins was a graduate of Central State University; she worked as the Manager of Goodwill Easter Seal of West Central Ohio.  She was a member of Greater Christ Temple.  She loved her fish pond and working in her flower garden.  She loved to cook and catered for many years.  Mrs. Jenkins enjoyed interior decorating and just enjoyed helping others.  She was an avid Buckeye Fan and a 13 year breast cancer survivor.

Besides her loving husband Charles, she leaves to cherish her precious memory a son; Curtis Knuckles, Jr. of Lima.  2 daughters; Chantel Fleming and Tierra Parks both of Lima.  2 stepsons; Lexaville Jenkins, Sr. (Jasmine) of Detroit, MI. and Charles Jenkins, Jr. of Lima.  2 stepdaughters; Janice Jenkins and Latina Rios both of Lima.  16 grandchildren.  3 brothers; Marvin Davis of Dayton, OH.  Maurice Davis of St. Louis, MO and Gary Fleming of Springfield, OH.  3 sisters; Marica Carter of Lima, Bonita Beauford (Rodney) of Baytown, TX and Roselyn Chatman of Wilburn, FL. A special aunt; Donna Clark.   A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister; Pearl Johnson and 2 brothers; Phillip Stevens, Sr. and Richard Fleming.

Home going services will be held Monday, September 17, 2018 at 12:00 p.m.  at the Greater Christ Temple  with Suffragan Bishop Michael Cooper, Sr., officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  until time of services at 12:00 p.m. also at the Church.
