Mr. Lillice Eugene McNeal, age 88, passed from this life Thursday, November 18, 2021 at approximately  9:15 p.m.  at Gem City Nursing and Rehab Center in Dayton, Ohio.

He was born on October 13, 1933 in Dothan, Alabama to the union of James and Mary Lizze (Flowers) McNeal; both parents preceded him in death.

IN 1977 he was united in holy matrimony to Willie Ann Dennard, she preceded him in death on March 27, 2018.

Mr. McNeal was a Veteran of the United States Army.  He was the owner of McNeals Hauling, Ann's Barb-B-Que, Nicks Market, Charlie G's Grocery Store, and Jeneals Trucking

He leaves to cherish his precious memory 3 daughters; Lisa McNeal of Dothan, AL, Teresa McNeal of Nashville, TN, Dominique McNeal of Dayton, OH.  7 Sons Lonzo T. Dennard (Carolyn) of Lima. Rev. Kennedy Dennard Sr. (Stephanie) of Dayton, OH. Mack Williams (Tiffany) of Dothan, AL. Benny McNeal and Jerome McNeal all of Columbus, OH. Jeremy McNeal and Ronald McNeal both of Lima. 38 grandchildren and 32 great- grandchildren.  Daughter in law; Weldeana McNeal of Lima. 1 brother Willie James McNeal (Gladys).  2 sisters Mary Edith Gillespie of Dothan, AL and Minnie L Smith of Louisville, KY.  A devoted nephew; George  Perry (Kelli) of Lawrenceville, GA. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death a son; Billy McNeal.

Home going services will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.  with Rev. Tony Joiner,  officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:00 p.m. also at the funeral home.

Interment: Memorial Park Cemetery
