Mr. Leroy Long, age 70,  passed from this life on Thursday, April 22, 2021 , at approximately 5:30 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

He was born  on April 29, 1950  in Lima, Ohio to Henry Long, Sr., and Hattie Nance; both parents preceded him in death.

He  leaves to cherish his precious memory a son; Leroy Foster of Lima.  3 daughters; Sherrita Owens (Roberts), Nikia Dennis (Michael) and Latoya Long all of Lima.  14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  4 stepsons; Keith Malloy and Dedrick Foster both of Lima.   Standon Burse and Earl Foster both of Ft. Wayne, IN.  A stepdaughter; Malloy of Detroit, MI. 2 brothers; Sean Henry Egler of Bellefontaine and Henry Long, Jr. of California.  2 sisters;  Akima Long of Bellefontaine, OH and Francine Long of California.  A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Larry Long and Joe Long.

Services  will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 12:00 noon at  the Grace Church Worldwide Ministries with Rev. Floyd Upshaw, officiating.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services, also at the Church.
