Mr. Leonard Spears, age 68, passed from this life on Monday, August 1, 2022 at his residence.

He was born on October 14, 1953 to Ezekiel Spears and Rosemary Lyons-Spears. Both parents preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory a bonus mother; Lula Bell Tomilson of Lima, OH. A daughter; Tricia Edwards of Lima, OH. 4 sisters; Geraldine Spears-Welch, Diane Spears-Johnson, Shawnda (Robert) Morris, Mary A. Williams all of Lima, OH. 9 brothers; Robert E. Spears of Lima, OH. Mark D. Spears of New Orleans, LA. Douglas E. Spears of GA. Raymond (Roxanna) Spears of Lima, OH. Melvin E. (Sarrae) Spears of Virginia Beach, VA. Frederick Spears of Miami, FL. Dewayne Spears of Columbus, OH. Joseph Williams and Mark Williams both of Lima, OH.

He is preceded in death by 2 sisters; Dorothy J. Spears and Barbara L. Spears.

Visitation will be held at the chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Home going services will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the chapel of Jones Clark Funeral Home. Rev. Ronald Fails officiating.
