Ms. Jeanette Marzetta West "Gabby" , age 62, transitioned from this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at approximately 1:24 pm at Shawnee Manor in Lima, Ohio surrounded by loved ones. She was born on Sunday, January 25, 1959 in Lima, Ohio to Virgina Boyd. Her mother preceded her in death.

Gabby was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Fremont until her health declined. She received her primary education at Lima City Schools and Fremont Ross City Schools. Gabby continued her education by completing Nurse's Aide Training Courses. After successfully completing her courses, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Pharmacy Courier for over 35 years.

Gabby was a compassionate caring person who enjoyed visiting with friends and family. She loved music, theater, and travel. Gabby also had sense of adventure and a true fascination with amusement parks. Her personality was so affectious, delightful and chatty. She will be truly missed and remembered by many lives she touched.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory a brother, Bobby Dunbar of St. Louis, MO; uncle, Edd Shine of Lima, OH; her special Potts Family of Lima, OH; Liggins Fremont, OH along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her infant Son (Michael), Mother (Virginia Boyd), Brother (Tommy), and Sister (Nella).
