Jaquita LaShae Johnson, age 35, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. She was born on August 29, 1987 in Lima, OH to Andre McLester and Twighla I. Bolden. Her father preceded her in death.

On April 13, 2022 she married the love of her life Stephen A. Johnson. Her husband survives in Lima, OH.

Jaquita was known for her style, saying what's on her mind and taking care of everyone. At 16 years old she was baptized at Pilgram Rest Missionary Baptist Church. The Lord gave her a one-of-a-kind spirit that she shared with the world. She would give the shirt off of her back to anyone in need. Jaquita was also playful and very creative. She made Balloon art on special occasions and holidays. She loved having fun and spending time with her husband and kids. Her kindness, sense of humor and overall love will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Jaquita leaves to cherish her precious memory a devoted husband, Stephen A Johnson; 2 loving children: Malachi Z. Johnson and Makila Z. Johnson; a faithful mother, Twighla I. (Sean) Bolden; 2 sisters: Quanisha M. Hodges and Kadijah D. Bolden; 1 brother; a nephew, Tristen R. Coleman; a niece, Milaan A. Bingmon; a mother in-law, Denise F. Hughes; a special friend: TaQuaella Daniel all of Lima, OH and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Cynthia L. Bolden and a great-aunt, Janice Bolden.
