Janice Lee Smith Obituary

Janice Lee Smith, age 64, died on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at her residence in Lima, Ohio.  She was born on July 18, 1960, to Jack Wesley Short and Shirley Jean Meach.  Both parents preceded her in death.  Her Common-law husband, James Lewis Smith, survives her in Lima, Ohio.

She leaves to cherish her memory:  7 children:  Della Mae Smith; LaTosha L. (Jason) Smith-Biller; Loraine Ashley Harris; Dapphine Alexandria Harris; Darrell Lee Smith; David Lee Taylor; and Jasper Lee Taylor.  A brother:  Daniel Short.  19 Grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  A host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
