James "Farmer" Valentino Nichols Glenn Sr. was born February 17, 1978 to his parents Avis M. Nichols Michael Glenn. He was a very loved and popular person in his community. You could always count on seeing him play basketball in his backyard with all of the neighborhood friends, or anywhere there was a basketball court. He had a hobby for cutting hair and there was always a group of people waiting to have their hair cut by him in his teenage years. For anyone that knew him knew he loved video games and this was truly a past time that followed him his entire life. James was a loving father and husband and let his family know how he loved the Lord and knew that if he looked to the hills where his help came from he always knew that everything would be ok.
He graduated from Lima Senior High School 1996 where his area of concentration was automobile mechanics. Following his graduation he enlisted in the United States Army in 1996. He enjoyed a career in the refinery industry with Exxon and Valero in Port Arthur, TX.
James was married to Nakeshia D. Glenn and to carry on his legacy they have Taurus Glenn, Dominic Glenn and Aryanna Glenn and a late son who proceeds him in death; James Valentino Nichols Glenn. Later in life he married Kecia Marie Glenn and became a loving father to Joseph, Lewis, Rizzo Jr. and Jaylen Wooten.
James is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Eddie Glenn Jr., and Lula Mae Glenn; Mary Alice Nichols Holland, and Jimmy Owens. Survivors include his father Michael Glenn of Lima, Oh, sister Trisheena Grant, brother Dontae Jackson of Florida. Special cousins; Tina Walton, Derrick Jackson, Terrence Glenn, Aretha Glenn, Brayon Mays and Nakeshia James. He leaves to cherish many memories with his loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Farmer has so many people to thank and if he was here he would say sorry if he has missed anyone but do not cry for him as he is ok now.
