Mr. Ike Lee Glenn, Jr., age 57, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at approximately 4:25 p.m. at his residence in Lima surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born on December 26, 1957 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Ike Lee and Ethel Lean Jones Glenn, Sr., both parents preceded him in death.

He was married Rhonda Glenn, she survives in Kingsland, Georgia.

He retired from the Army National Guard after 27 years of Service. He formerly worked at Corporate Support and General Motors . He was a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church where he gave his life to Christ in 1974.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory, his wife Rhonda and a loving girlfriend; Doris Upthegrove of Lima. 6 sons; Joshua Glenn (Brittany) of Lima. Michael Barnett of Washington, DC. John Barnett (Carolyn) of Columbus, OH. Gale Smart, Trevor Murphy and Thor Murphy all of Lima. 7 daughters; Tiffany Glenn, Latrisha Smart, Iesha Glenn, Janette Smart (Raymond) and Jenell Glenn all of Lima. Sasha Murphy of Grand Rapids, MI and Jazmine Glenn of Kingsland, GA. 41 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A brother; James C. Glenn (Vickie) of Lima. A special brother; Joseph Jeffers of Lima. 5 sisters; Ethel J. Glenn, Marilyn J. Edwards (William), Malinda F. Glenn-Simpson and Wanita Glenn all of Lima. Tawanda Johnson (Anthony) of Columbus, GA. 2 special nephews; Craig D. Glenn (Melissa) of Columbus, GA. Casey Glenn (Briane`) of Lima. A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by 3 sons; Anthony Barnett, Ike L. Glenn, III and Isaac Glenn. A sister; Debra M. Glenn.

Home going services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2015 at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Arnold Manley, officiating.

Visitation/Wake Services will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. where the family will be present 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the church also.
