Mrs. Ella Blanch Plair, age 76, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at approximately 2:40 a.m. at Lima Manor Nursing Home.
She was born on June 29, 1939 in Iuka, Mississippi to the union of Robert S. and Ella Mae Common Dilworth, Sr.; both parents preceded her in death.
She was married to Mr. Thomas Lee Plair for over 40 years, he survives in Lima.
She was a member of Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the Choir. She was retired from Sundstrand Corporation as a Winder.
Besides her loving husband Thomas, she leaves to cherish her precious memory 3 sons; Tyrone Plair, Kenneth Plair and Timmy Green. 2 daughters; Wilda Green and Sharon Plair. A brother; Joe Dilworth (Kay) of Lima. A special niece; M. Renee Bagley Kirkman of Lima, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother; Robert G. Dilworth, Jr.
Home going services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Madison, officiating and Rev. Earnest Stephens, Jr., eulogizing.
Visitation/Wake services will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.
