Mr. Eddie B. "Doc"  Collins, age 63, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at approximately 2:13 p. m. at Lima Memorial Health Systems.

Mr. Collins, was born on December 18, 1954  in Merigold, Mississippi to Levi Collins, Sr. and Ilether Robinson.; both parents are deceased.

Mr. Collins worked at Lima State Hospital.  He was a member of Army National Guard.  He was a member of New Greater Grace Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory  a brother; Levi Collins, Jr. (Mary) of Lima.  2 brother-in-laws; Sam Walton Jr. of Lima and Alton Hunter of Ruleville, Mississippi.  A sister-in-law; Maggie Collins of Jackson, Mississippi.  A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Letha Townes Walton and Idella Hunter.  2 brothers; Rev. Johnny Robinson, Scott Collins..

Services will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of  Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with  Rev. King J. Beverly,  officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Monday, May 14,  2018 at 10:00 a.m. until of services at 12:00 p.m. also at the Funeral Home.

Interment:  Woodlawn Cemetery
