Diane Davis, age 65, passed from this life on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at approximately 7:09  p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center.

She was born on July 2, 1955  in Atlanta, Georgia to Eugene Davis and Gloria (Boswell) White  Her mother preceded her in death and her father survives in Atlanta, GA.

Diane worked at Champaign Residential Services, she was a member of R.A.I.S.E . Encounter, where she served in the Children's Ministry.

She  leaves to cherish her precious memory 2 daughters; Jean Davis of Akron, OH and Bobbie Carter of Lima.  5 grandchildren; Isiah Simpson (Bo), Zavier Simpson, Noah Simpson, Jakera Bankston and Jasmine Bankston and 4 great-grandchildren. Karter Simpson, Leo Simpson, Kadence Bankston and Kaien Bankston.   3 brothers; Otis Evans, Bishop Evans and James White (Sabrina) all of Lima.  4 sisters; Lillian Jones (Oscar), Beatrice Davis and Grace Cash all of Lima.  Angie Davis (Greg) of Detroit, MI, A sister-in-law; Earlene Boswell of Lima.  A sister-of the Heart; Betty Nonette of Lima.

She was preceded in death by a brother; Eugene Boswell and a sister; Annie C. Davison.

Home going services will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev.  Sherri Pace, officiating.
