Mr. Dexter Lee Turner "Big Dex" departed this life on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at St. Rita's Medical Center here in Lima.

He was born November 13, 1970 in Lima, Ohio to Cynthia Turner who now reside in Lima, Ohio and Matthew Turner Sr. of Florence, Alabama.

Dexter was a 1988 graduate of Lima Senior High. He was an independent Car Salesman with a passion for old school cars. He  enjoyed Music, Traveling and Sports.  He had a great sense of humor, always laughing and enjoying life. A devoted Father, Grandfather and uncle, best known as "Big Dex"  to his family and friends.

He leaves to cherished his memory a Son:  Alim A. Turner Sr. of Lima.  A Grandson:  Alim A. Turner Jr. of Lima.  1 Brother:  Matthew Turner, Jr.  of Columbus, Ohio. 3 Sisters:  Keily Hill (Keith) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Cathy Roberson of Atlanta, Georgia and Valancia Turner of Columbus, Ohio. His extended family:  April Anderson, Tauris Fisher, Stefan Patterson and Demetrius Shurelds.  Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday May 3, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 9:00am Thursday until time of funeral.
