De'Vontae Ki'sean Williams, age 21, passed from this life on Friday, July 25, 2014 at approximately 2:04 a.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

De'Vontae was born on November 13, 1992 in Lima, Ohio to Paul Emerson Curtis, Jr. and Kiva Kavon Williams.  His mother preceded him in death and his father survives in Lima.  Maternal grandparents;  William C. and Joyce A. Williams-Boddie of Lima, Ohio,  his grandfather William passed away Monday, July 28, 2014 his funeral will be held on Tuesday.

De'Vontae worked at the warehouse for the Pepsi Corporation.  He was a 2011 graduate of Lima Senior High School where he played football and basketball.  He was a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church.

Besides his loving father he leaves to cherish his precious memory 7 brothers;  Paul A. Curtis, Jontez P. White, DeShawn L. Upshaw, Del'quan M. Williams, Rashawn Curtis, Amihr C. Curtis and X'Zorion Island all of Lima.  2 sisters;  Aejha E. Curtis and K'Dreana M. Curtis both of Lima.  5 uncles; Steve Bass, Kevin Bass, Garrett Turner, Renadus Perkins and George Asher.  8 aunts;  Gwen Upshaw (Lamark), Elizabeth Henderson (Basil), Danita Cornute, Lisa Gilton (Charles), Tracy Bass, Karen Bass, Wanda Asher and Linda K. Johnson.  A special friend;  Courtney Manley of Lima.

He was preceded in death by Paternal grandparents;  Paul Bass and Rhodia Turner-Curtis. An uncle; Steven Owens.   A special brother;  Marcus Simpson.

Home going services will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Arnold Manley, officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. where the family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
