Ms. Denise Williams, age 57, passed from this life on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at approximately 3:51 p.m. at St Rita's Medical Center.

She was born on September 25, 1957 in Lima, Ohio to James and Cheney Ingram Adams; both parents preceded her in death.

Ms. Williams worked as a Nurse's Aide at Lima Manor Nursing Home.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory 2 sons; Kevin Adams (Tamara) and Jeffery Williams (Alexandria) both of Lima.  3 daughters; Crystal R. Williams and Latoya G. Williams both of Columbus, Ohio.  Tameka D. Williams of Lima. 17 grandchildren.  3 brothers; James Cook, Phillip Cook and Stephen Adams all of Saginaw, Michigan.  5 sisters:  Kenyetta Russell and Brenda Gordon both of Lima.  Elise Anderson (O.C.), Sherita Cook-Freeman (Richard) and Tina Griffin (Chris) all of Saginaw, MI.   2 step-brothers; Prentice Jones and Josiah Matthews both of Lima.  Stepmothers; Vanessa Adams of Lima and Betty Cook-Adams of Saginaw, MI.   A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter;  Joy G. Williams. 1 Great-grandchild; Ja'Karion Branch.   2 brothers: Kevin Adams and James Adams.

Services will be held on Monday, August 31,  2015 at 12:00 p.m. at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.

Visitation/Wake services will begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Monday, August 31,  2015.

Interment:  Memorial Park Cemetery
