Deacon Norman Allen "Skippy" Napier, age 68, passed from this life on Monday, September 20, 2021 at approximately 11:18 a.m. at his residence in Lima.

He was born on January 4, 1953 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Henry and Velma (Perkins) Napier; both parents preceded him in death.

Deacon Napier was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where he became an ordained Deacon on September 30, 2007.  Deacon Napier also served as the Superintendent of the Sunday School.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his cousin and caregiver; Bobbie J. Skipworth of Lima.  A host of cousins, friends and his New Hope Church Family.

Home Going Services will be held, Monday, September 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. David Kelly, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church

Interment – Woodlawn Cemetery
