Mr. David Lee Harris, age 58, passed from this life on Monday, July 4, 2016 at approximately 2:35 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center..  He was born on April 4, 1958 in Lima, Ohio to the union  Willie and Ruby Ceal (Smith) Harris; both parents are  deceased. Mr. Harris worked at I & K Distributors and the Lima News.  He was also a veteran of the United States Navy. He leaves to cherish his precious memory 5 brothers Phillip Harris, Rickie Harris  and Wesley Harris all of Lima.  Steve Harris of Columbus, GA and Willie Harris (Theresa) of   Dayton, OH.  10 sisters; Diann Perry (Robert), Cherry Goston (Donald), Cathy Harris, Betty Harris and Gloria Meeks (Fernando) all of Lima. Martha Harris of Middletown, OH.   Lena Harris (Elston) and Verlene Mills (Rudy) both of Lawrenceville, GA. Carol Brooks (Michael) of Stone Mountain, GA.  Nancy Upshaw (Danny) of Ft. Wayne, IN.   A good friend; Tony Bank (Gretchen) of Lima.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by a sister; Julia Harris.  4 brothers; Melvin "Happy" Harris, Vern "Smokey" Harris, Earl Harris and Marcus Harris.
