Mr. David Lee Youngblood, age 65, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 17, 2015 at approximately 4:10 a.m. at Ohio State Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born on August 8, 1949 in Lima Ohio to the union of John and Louise Mickens Young blood, Sr.  Both parents preceded him in death.

He was previously married to Betty Madlock, the mother of his daughter, she survives in Lima.

Mr. Youngblood retired from St. Rita's Medical Center.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory a daughter; Debra J. Youngblood-Dunbar (Bobby) of St. Louis, MO. 2 step-daughters; Rose Youngblood and Linda Youngblood both of Lima.  3 grandchildren; LaDaisha M. Holloway, Dontrell Youngblood and Devonte Andrews  3 brothers;  Jewell Youngblood, Van Youngblood (Wilma) and Joe Youngblood all of Lima.  A sister; Erma Thornton of Lima.  His Aide; Robin.  A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a brother; John Youngblood, Sr.  Four sisters; Willie Mae Youngblood, Jennie Mae Williams, Christine Youngblood and Ella Collier

Home going services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Jones-Clark Funeral Home with Rev. C. M. Manley, officiating.
