David Summers Obituary

The spirit of David Ernest Summers, age 63, departed from us on September 26, 2024 at 1:30 a.m. at CHP Hospice in Defiance, OH.  David was a resident of Lima, OH. His unwavering friendship and kindness have left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

David was born on May 24, 1961.  At the age of 63, losing his battle with cancer.  He is preceded in death by his parents George and Linda (Gerling) Summers.

He leaves to cherish his memory, 2 sons: Brian Summers and Michael Summers.  1 sister:  Teresa (Wayne) Harmon of Yorkshire, OH.  A special son:  Bradley Sheets and a special daughter:  Jessica Parker.  A host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by a brother, George "Sonny" Summers.

We invite private contributions to CHP Hospice, who were helpful in David's battle with cancer.

He will truly be missed.
