With broken hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Damian Clay Johnson, who left this world too soon on Wednesday, July 27, 2025  at approximately 6:03 p.m.

Born on May 8, 2010, Damian was the beloved son of La'Toya Brown and Henry Johnson.

Damian was a rambunctious soul, inquisitive mind with a kind heart.  He was known for his quick wit, infectious laugh and playful spirit.  He was a student at Elida High School.  Damian was passionate about basketball, video games and tennis shoes.  He enjoyed spending time with family, friends and his beloved pet Rylo.

He is survived by his loving parents; La'Toya  Shawntale Brown of Lima and Henry Clayton (Kianna) Johnson of Columbus, Ohio.   he leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 brothers; Jamari Johnson of Lima, Ohio and Nashion Cage of Columbus, Ohio.  A sister; Italianna Dupree of  Columbus, Ohio. Maternal grandparents; Teresa Williams of Lima Ohio and Ricardo Williams (Brandee) of Columbus, Ohio.  Maternal great- grandmother; Josephine Brown of Lima, Ohio.  Aunts Crystal (Dwayne) Brown and Stephanie Brown  of Lima, Ohio  Candace (Ralph) Polk and Constance (David) Hartgrove of Columbus, Ohio.  Uncles; James (Bridgette) Johnson, Anthony (Kenya) Johnson and Christopher Williams all  of Lima, Ohio. Eugene "Damian" Johnson. of Baltimore, Maryland.  Close cousins; Mackenzie Shelby, Kamerin Williams, Reighan Polk and Savannah Hartgrove all of Columbus, Ohio.

He was preceded in death his paternal grandparents; Maria Elaine Johnson and  James Miller Johnson.  Great Paternal grandparents: Hazel Williams and Clayton Williamson.  Great Maternal grandfather: Clarence Brown.

Home Going Services will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025  at 12:00 p.m. Savior`s  Grace  Ministries with Pastor Claytonia Logan, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the Church.

Interment:  Woodlawn  Cemetery  in Lima.
